REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every purchase from GB Home & Garden. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Online Orders

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned unused and in a resalable condition where possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

In-Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on in-store purchases unless items are faulty. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened wax melts or fragrance products

  • Personalised items

  • Clearance or sale items unless faulty
