These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please make sure your order details and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, such as an item being unavailable or incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Our Wax Melts
All of our wax melts are handmade, hand-poured, labelled and packed with care in Kettering. As our products are handmade, there may occasionally be slight variations in appearance between melts. This is completely normal and does not affect their use or fragrance. Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Fragrances
We do our best to describe each fragrance as accurately as possible. However, fragrance is personal and scent strength and preference can vary from person to person. Some of our fragrances may be described as “inspired by”, “reminiscent of” or “similar in style and identity to” well-known fragrances or products. These descriptions are provided for comparison purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the original brands or manufacturers unless specifically stated.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Offers & Discounts
We may occasionally offer discounts, promotional codes and multi-buy offers, including our 5 wax melts for £15 offer.Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be used together.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £3.99, with FREE delivery on orders over £30.Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service and usually arrive within 1–2 working days once dispatched. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been sent. Delivery times are estimates and occasionally delays may occur with the courier that are outside of our control.
Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within Kettering.Local deliveries are normally made every 1–2 days. If your address qualifies for free local delivery, the option will be available at checkout.
Collection
Orders can be collected for free from:GB Appliances35 Buccleuch StreetKetteringNN16 9EE. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect.
Cancellations & Returns
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have the right under UK consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to any applicable exceptions. If you would like to cancel or return an order, please contact us. Returned products should be unused and in suitable condition. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the cost of returning it.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.We may ask you to provide your order details and photographs so that we can look into the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other solution.
Wax Melt & Burner Safety
Full wax melt and burner safety information is available on our website and should be read before using our products. Wax melts should only be used in a suitable wax melt burner and in accordance with the safety guidance provided on our website. Never leave a lit tealight or burner unattended. Keep wax melts, burners and naked flames away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Customers are responsible for using our products safely and following the safety and usage information provided on our website.
Allergens & CLP Information
Our wax melts contain fragrance oils and may contain ingredients that can cause an allergic reaction.Relevant CLP information is provided on the product label. Please read the label before use and keep the product information available for reference. If you have sensitivities or concerns about a particular fragrance, please contact us before purchasing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived when expected, please check the tracking information provided to you. If you are still concerned about your delivery, please contact us and we will help investigate it with the courier.
Liability
Our products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the safety guidance available on our website. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow the provided safety guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
