We aim to get your wax melts packed and on their way to you as quickly as possible. Every order is hand-picked and packed with care. 🤍

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, or FREE when you spend £30 or more.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service and usually arrive within 1–2 working days once dispatched. Tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow your parcel.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays with the courier.

 

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for customers in Kettering

Local deliveries are made every 1–2 days. If local delivery is available for your address, you’ll be able to select this option at checkout.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

 

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help look into it for you.

 

Damaged Orders

We take lots of care when packing your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the damage so we can help.
